Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability of certain flowers from time to time, we may use a substitution.

In cases like this, we will always use the best match with the seasonal stems pictured, and it will always be of equal or higher value to the one pictured.

In the rare case that no suitable substitution exists we will make contact with you to find an alternative solution 

Click and Collect & Delivery Information

Delivery charges apply to all items. All deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm. We cannot offer timed deliveries. All areas covered are shown on our delivery information page. If you live outside of these postcode areas you can still purchase online and click and collect to our shop at 7 Poplar Hill, Combs Ford, Stowmarket, IP14 2AS .

Please note if ordering items for delivery to more than one address orders need to be made separately.
